Device Lifecycle Specialist

This role requires the ability to prepare alarm units for technicians and dispatch tested devices to clients and installers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills, preferably with experience in Microsoft Word. Knowledge of CRM databases and personal alarm devices is highly desirable.

You will be part of a team that supports the entire lifecycle of an alarm device, from preparation to installation.
