Fire Alarm Systems Technician Job Description
">About the JobWe are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in performing service calls, including installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
">Key Responsibilities- Install and service fire alarm systems efficiently to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain fire alarm systems to prevent malfunctions and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Operate, test, and program fire alarm panels commonly installed by DynaFire.
- Train and instruct customers on the proper use of equipment.
- Respond promptly to customer service issues and demonstrate patience and effective communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A two-year electronics degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of computers, communications systems, and Microsoft Office.
