We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with our members to enhance their experience and drive the growth of our clubs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and a genuine interest in health and fitness. You will be responsible for managing member complaints and cancellations, improving customer feedback and retention rates, and contributing to the club being immaculately presented at all times.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be required to achieve monthly personal targets for new sales, upselling, and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the Personal Training Department achieves client targets and increasing members' usage of group training classes, workshops, and events.
