Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Claims Coordinator to join our team in Central Western Sydney, Outer Western Sydney and Northern Sydney areas. As an Inclusive Employment Australia Claims Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks for claims and wage subsidies across multiple regions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers, and have a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and achieve outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing evidence requirements, monitoring work placements, and achieving monthly targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate verification and compliance checks for claims and wage subsidies
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers
  • Manage evidence requirements and monitor work placements
  • Achieve monthly targets and apply an outcome-focused approach
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Relevant qualifications in Employment Services or Community ServicesPrevious experience in Employment Services, including exposure to outcome claims and wage subsidiesDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersStrong analytical skills to interpret data and achieve outcomesA valid Driver's license for travel throughout the regionWhat We Offer
