Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals to modernize, enhance and streamline the organization's financial operations. This includes ensuring the availability, reliability, security and robustness of finance systems, data and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive management financial dashboards, data and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the finance team in its development and enhancement of data analytics, management reporting and automation & AI
  • Lead project delivery in key areas supporting the finance roadmap, including tm1 cube redesign, ERP system (JDE) and other automation initiatives
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance standards, ensuring data quality, integrity and privacy are embedded across relevant systems and processes
  • Build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, both within finance and across the business

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related BI field
  • Finance qualification and/or experience will be advantageous
  • Prior experience with planning tools such as TM1 and ERP systems such as JDE or similar
