Commercially Astute Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded professional to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable management reports that drive business performance across brands and departments.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and insightful commentary.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategically sound recommendations.
  • Conduct profitability analysis, margin reviews, and cost optimisation assessments to drive business growth.
  • Perform scenario modelling and support investment, pricing and project-related decision-making.
  • Interpret financial data and present findings in a clear, concise format to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the continuous enhancement of financial systems and processes to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
  • 3+ years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial data to operational performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
