**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Systems Support Team Leader, this role sits within a close-knot team who are passionate and focussed on delivering technical capabilities to our people and clients.

This role will see you assisting internal clients with first and second-level desktop issues, handle support calls, manage support calls and tickets, and ensure customer satisfaction via the ServiceNow queue. Contribute to technical excellence

Computer Science or equivalent qualifications required. Understanding of desktop and system issues, ServiceNow skills, and experience in enterprise-level IT preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, hardware, software, and networking desired. Remote site support experience, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills valued. Ability to work independently under pressure essential.
