Key Opportunity

The Senior Retail Media Manager is a newly created leadership position responsible for leading the Retail Media Network.

This role combines strategic vision, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering results in the evolving retail media landscape.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximise retail media revenue across various channels
  • Building and managing the total team pipeline focusing on long term growth partnerships through trade and brand unlocks
  • Leading strategic and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Developing growth strategies across existing and new channels
  • Ensuring sales propositions leverage sales and data insights to create compelling, data driven and objective led media solutions
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or commercial partnerships, ideally including leadership roles
  • A proven track record in managing supplier relationships and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline management, and campaign measurement
  • Effective communicator with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities
  • Experienced in strategic sales planning and execution
  • Skilled in financial forecasting and revenue reporting
