Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering network, you will be responsible for providing electrical design expertise on mid to top-tier building projects.

  • Developing and implementing electrical designs that meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborating with project teams to deliver best practice outcomes, saving time and costs
  • Leading engineering design and project coordination as required, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Mentoring junior engineers and building strong relationships with clients
Key Requirements
  • Holding a recognized tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, with CPEng registration or eligibility advantageous
  • Ensuring professional engineer registration in the relevant state's register for the building/construction industry
  • Possessing experience in building services disciplines, including Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, and Environmentally Sustainable Design
  • Demonstrating proven project experience in the building services sector across Infrastructure, Property & Buildings, Defence, Healthcare, and Education
  • Showcasing a working knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
  • Demonstrating effective priority management and meeting tight deadlines
