Principal Policy Officer Job Opportunity

The Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment is seeking a skilled Principal Policy Officer to join our team.

This role provides an opportunity to support decision-making and fulfill reporting and governance obligations by providing high-level advice and coordinating information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering policy advice on complex issues
  • Coordinating briefings, Cabinet submissions, and correspondence
  • Leading performance reporting, including the State of the Sector and annual report
  • Managing requests for information, including Freedom of Information Act requests
