The Risk and Compliance Manager will develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework.
- Develop policies and processes aligned with best practices.
- Monitor legislative changes, oversee audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain risk registers, facilitate workshops, conduct assessments and prepare reports for senior management.
The Risk and Compliance Manager works closely with the Executive Management Team, senior leaders, external stakeholders and regulators to ensure adherence to legislation, mitigate risks and promote governance.
This role is responsible for overseeing ESG compliance and reporting while driving sustainability initiatives.

We seek someone with a relevant degree in Business, Law, Economics or Accounting and proven experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance management.
