Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework that supports the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with best practices for risk management, ensuring our business operations are guided by a robust framework.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, oversee audits, and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure effective compliance management.
  • Maintain accurate risk registers, facilitate workshops, conduct assessments, and prepare reports for senior management on risk reporting and governance.
  • Oversee Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance and reporting while driving sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice to executive management and the board on compliance and risk matters.
  • Coordinate Audit & Risk Committee agendas and ensure seamless business continuity plans are in place.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • A relevant degree in Business, Law, Economics, Accounting or similar fields is essential.
  • Proven experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance management, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to coach and influence across all levels of the organization.
