Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in payroll management? Our company is seeking a Payroll Senior Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients. They will oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
- Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
- Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
- Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
