Senior Global Payroll Specialist

Are you a seasoned payroll professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Payroll Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global payroll strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global payroll strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our payroll processes and procedures, implementing changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing legislation and requirements.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in payroll, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. If you are motivated by challenge and excited about the prospect of joining a talented team, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:- 10+ Years' Experience in payroll roles, with exposure to multi-jurisdiction payrolls.
- Deep Familiarity with payroll compliance regimes in APAC, North America, and EMEA, and proven experience managing third-party compliance providers.
- Experience in Leading Transformation Projects, driving process improvements and implementing new policies and procedures.
