PeopleSoft Global Payroll Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of PeopleSoft Global Payroll (GP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Schedule and lead regular payroll runs, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and process changes.
    • Develop and implement payroll control enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Provide expert-level support and training to internal stakeholders on PeopleSoft GP and HCM systems.
    • Contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training activities within the team.
  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll (v8 or v9) and HCM.
    • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation.
    • Advanced analytical and fault-finding skills within HRIS environments.
    • Proficient with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Query.
    • Experience in system and software testing (UAT, defect resolution, regression).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Familiarity with Defence systems is a plus.
