The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the global payroll function, including ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll and related financial information to the business, external partners, and the Finance Team.

  • Manage and oversee the payroll function and its priorities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions", "
  • Lead a global payroll team to success, through clear and supportive leadership, fostering team collaboration and getting the best out of our amazing team", "
  • Drive continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team, providing clear development opportunities and empowering team members to make decisions and innovate", "
  • Lead key transformation projects (c. 30% time) working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution", "
  • Maintain effective stakeholder management across Finance and the wider business, setting clear timelines, managing expectations, and communicating progress proactively", "
  • Protect employees and the company by ensuring payroll compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including ESOP reporting, payroll tax, and global tax obligations", "
