As a key leader in our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving process stabilisation and continuous improvement across our Inbound operations.

This high-level position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics to oversee the implementation of best-in-class network performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in executing Inbound improvement initiatives, focusing on cost and sustainability while working closely with both ACES and Operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing targeted standardisation initiatives across our network to enhance efficiency.
  • Supporting ACES with process improvement projects to deploy across the network.
  • Travel is essential for this role, with 40% estimated travel time.
