Inbound Supply Chain Professional

This is a high-profile position responsible for leading the planning and execution of inbound supply chain processes.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills, with experience in driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
About the Role- Drive process improvements to minimize costs and maximize customer/seller experience.
- Own seller and vendor experience within the supply chain organization.
- Identify and implement available tools/automation to make existing processes scalable.
- Rollou t best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
- Influence business, operations, and technical audiences through exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

What You'll DoAs an Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You'll work closely with a range of colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn.
You'll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
