**Inbound Operations Supervisor - **Truganina

We are seeking an Inbound Operations Supervisor for our client to manage the inbound function of the warehouse joining the logistics VIC Operations team, based at Truganina. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working from 6:00am to 2:00pm. In this exciting role you will oversee various facilities with a total 32,000sqm footprint.

**You will be responsible** for the overall management and support of site inbound groups and activities for all inbound operational functions within the warehousing network. Through your inspirational leadership to achieve successful outcomes this role will see you lead, manage and drive safety of the VIC warehouse team and supervise all areas of the warehouse to ensure that individual work teams are working to the labour plan; manage labour hours and plan and book incoming FCL/LCL daily. Ensure daily inbound linehaul and FCL/LCL volumes are completed within dedicated windows and plan and distribute appropriate resources to meet daily volumes

**Are you **someone with strong people leadership ability who will take initiative to drive efficiencies in the warehouse, with a demonstrated leadership background and experience in forklift operations, you will enjoy empowering and driving engagement throughout your team within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will be required to book, track, monitor and review FCLs inbound to site and have 5 years' experience as a supervisor in warehouse environment, preferably 3PL and have basic computer and system knowledge i.e., Microsoft office suite knowledge. Have leadership capabilities including management of staff performance with excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills and sound understanding of Work Health & Safety principles, Chain of Responsibility, and legislation. Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Work overtime when required.
