Supply Chain Program Manager, Inbound Supply Chain

If you are an experienced Supply Chain professional with a passion for innovation and contributing in a fast-paced, growing environment, you could be a good fit to join the AU Supply Chain team.The Inbound Supply Chain Manager acts as a bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning of inbound freight into Fulfillment Centers and execution during peak and off-peak periods, while maximizing vendor and seller experience.
This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along with an ability to drive data-driven discussions.
The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills—both written and verbal.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Melbourne / SydneyKey job responsibilitiesSet up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with the objective of minimizing costs and maximizing customer/seller experience.Be the owner of seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization.Make existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.Roll out best practices from other geographies and companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Launch programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables.A day in the lifeAs an Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.
