
Supply Chain Program Manager, Inbound Supply Chain

This role involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along with an ability to drive data-driven discussions.
The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills—both written and verbal.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Melbourne / SydneyKey job responsibilitiesSet up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning with the objective of minimizing costs and maximizing customer/seller experience.Be the owner of seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization.Make existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.Roll out best practices from other geographies and companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Launch programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables.A day in the lifeAs an Inbound Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.
You'll work closely with Amazon colleagues to understand their workflows and identify learning opportunities, sharing your own expertise.
Together, you'll identify exciting new opportunities and lead the design and implementation of solutions.You'll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables while proactively seeking new, data-backed ways to improve processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvementsAdvanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQLPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership3+ years of experience leading process improvementsAcknowledgement of country :In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
