Inbound Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring seamless planning and execution of inbound freight into Fulfillment Centers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
About the Role:- Set up processes to strengthen inbound supply chain planning, minimizing costs and maximizing customer experience.
- Own seller and vendor experience in the supply chain organization, making existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
- Roll out best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
- Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership, launching programs, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
