Job Opportunity: Learning & Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Learning & Development Expert. This role will play a key part in delivering our Learning & Development strategy, focusing on building engaging training content and partnering with operational leaders to embed learning initiatives that lift capability across the workforce.

About the Role

  • Support the rollout of the Competency Skills Matrix by collaborating with operations teams to assess capability against the framework already built by senior stakeholders.
  • Lead a robust training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to shape targeted learning programs.
  • Design and deliver modular training content, creating practical, easy-to-use resources that drive results on the ground.

About You

We are looking for an experienced L&D professional who thrives in hands-on delivery roles. You will bring a mix of content design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within complex environments. You should be able to demonstrate experience developing engaging training content, conducting training needs analysis, and working with leaders, technical experts, and frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to embed learning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, including training design and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
