Leading Aged Care Nurse Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Clinical Leader to join our team as an Aged Care Nurse Unit Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their leadership career to the next level.

Job Summary:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Lead and manage nursing and care staff across a small 60 bed facility.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and aged care regulations.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in clinical care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration) with minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in aged care.
  • Sound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
