Care Leadership Position

As the Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading with excellent management abilities, understanding accreditation processes, care planning, risk assessments, and infection control.

The work environment is collaborative and has a flat management structure allowing direct reporting to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of caregivers

- Develop and implement effective care plans

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and infection control procedures

- Participate in accreditation processes ensuring high standards are met

**Essential Qualifications:**

- Current AHPRA registration

- DIV 1 certification

- Experience in aged care preferably in a similar role

- Knowledge of AN-ACC funding

- Current Police Check and COVID-19 vaccination
