Are you looking for a leadership opportunity that will allow you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly residents? A Director of Care role is an excellent choice, as it provides the perfect blend of clinical and operational responsibilities.

As Director of Care, your primary focus will be on providing strategic direction and clinical leadership across multiple care streams. This includes ensuring effective compliance with aged care quality standards and AN-ACC funding, mentoring and supporting a strong clinical and care team to deliver best-practice outcomes, and maintaining resident satisfaction, workforce engagement, and third-party accountability.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated leadership and management experience within aged care, in-depth knowledge of AN-ACC with strong documentation and reporting skills, familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care models, and valid NDIS Worker Check, Worker Orientation Module, and COVID/Flu vaccinations.

This is a full-time leadership opportunity that offers a salary up to $145,000, plus superannuation and full salary packaging. You will also receive a relocation incentive of $16,500 Australian Government, subject to eligibility.
