Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents
- Work within aged care standards
- Support social interaction and meaningful activities
- Encourage independence
Requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker in an Aged Care environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current National Police Check (specific to Aged Care and/or Vulnerable Persons)
- Up-to-date influenza vaccination
- Availability to work on a 24/7 roster
