Aged Care Professional: Dynamic Leadership Role

This is an exciting role for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead by example and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills in the aged care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover for leave and assist homes during accreditation or recruitment processes, ensuring continuity of high-quality patient care.
- Work collaboratively with teams across various locations, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Manage and mentor care staff, promoting professional growth and development, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards.
- Lead change management initiatives, leveraging expertise to drive positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Nurse (Div 1 essential) with experience as a Clinical Manager or Clinical Nurse.
- Excellent aged care clinical skills, knowledge of accreditation standards, and demonstrated leadership skills, including strategic planning and team management.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate staff, patients, and families.
