Sportsbook Commercial Relations Manager

Commercial Relationship Strategist:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the development of strategic partnerships within the Australian sportsbook market. This role requires building relationships with key stakeholders, including local marketing teams and suppliers, to deliver a competitive and engaging sportsbook offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth in Australia.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local marketing teams and suppliers.
  4. Collate and analyze data to inform commercial decisions.
  5. Provide strategic support on sportsbook positioning and pricing strategy.
  6. Support all local sponsorship opportunities.
  7. Drive regulatory requirements towards our supplier and internal stakeholders for a compliant and competitive offering.

Operations Support:

  1. Provide general day-to-day operational support for SB Operations.
  2. Internal awareness and sportsbook education support.
  3. Local PR Support.

Competitive Analysis:

  1. Deliver actionable reports and insights to improve the local offering and highlight product KSPs to key local stakeholders.
  2. Conduct and support with local and global offering and gap analysis collection.
  3. Conduct ad-hoc snapshot analysis of local events and competitions.

Success Measurement:

  1. Ability to support the Australian market in reaching their local targets by conducting competitive, GAP, and performance analysis.
  2. Key Performance Indicators for the Australian market.
  3. CSATs performance for Australia, especially in relation to offering and price.

Requirements:

  • Great analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and be proactive.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
  • Pastion for sports and betting.
