As per our recent public announcement, Kindred is currently developing its own in-house sportsbook trading platform and client. Our ambition is to deliver the best possible local sportsbook product and offering in each market, as we go live with our own Kindred Sportsbook Platform. With that in mind, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team and focus on supporting the commercial department in Australia.

The role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual to build relationships and liaise closely with the local marketing teams and work with suppliers to support marketing activities on key local and global events. Establishing strong relationships with other central teams as well as the local CS Team is key in this role to deliver not only the best local sportsbook offering and product, but also the best customer experience. It will also be required to gather feature requirements and support the internal development teams to prioritize the commercial needs for our own sportsbook platform.

**What you will do**:
**Australia Commercial Relations**:

- Delivering a market leading local sportsbook offering in Australia.
- Generating, sourcing, and distributing key material, data, trends, performance, and risk analysis for in depth market insight.
- Conducting regular meetings and gathering local requirements.
- Collating tangible feedback performance for team on local KPIs such as CSAT, NEPA, CPA and local advertising reach.
- Providing strategic support on local sportsbook positioning and optimising price differentiation and margin.
- Providing support for all local sponsorship opportunities.
- Conducting local event performance reports on key events.
- Event planning of local tournaments and events.
- Supporting and being up to date on local campaigns and bonus strategies.
- Drive regulatory requirement towards our supplier and internal stakeholders for a compliant and competitive offering.
- Monitor the performance of smaller and upcoming markets.

**Sportsbook Operations Support**:

- General day to day global support for the SB Operations with everything.
- Internal awareness and sportsbook education support.
- Local PR Support.

**Australia Competitive, Gap & Product Analysis**:

- Delivering actionable reports and insight to improve the local offering and highlight product KSPs to key local stakeholders.
- Conducting and supporting with local and global offering and gap analysis collection.
- Conducting ad hoc snapshot analysis of local events and competitions.
- Supporting with local product feature analysis of key competitors.

**SCOS Australia**:

- Manage and support with ad-hoc operational and product training for internal stakeholders.
- Support with Kambi player and risk management (inc. AU trading exceptions).
- Manage internal escalation guides for CS agents.
- Manage internal processes for Kambi's terms and conditions.
- Lead Kambi service desk case handling & contact reports, gathering feedback and improving overall quality between internal/external functions.

**How will success be measured in this role**:

- Ability to support the Australian market in reaching their local targets by conducting competitive, GAP and performance analysis.
- Key Performance Indicators for the Australian market.
- CSATs performance for Australia, especially in relation to offering and price.
- Acting in line with Kindred Group values.
- Successful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support Kindred's sustainable and responsible growth.

**Your experience**:

- Great analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and be proactive.
- Time Management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
- Passionate about sports and betting.
- Previous experience with the sportsbook industry will be an advantage.
