The Role
  • This position involves analyzing patterns to profile our customer base, ensuring correct operational decisions are made.

Our ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of mathematics and odds with a strong analytical background and a proven ability to drive long-term profit through customer management.

They must possess first-class communication skills, able to liaise at all levels, and be aware of our product breadth and how it competes in the market place.

In this role, you'll work with various stakeholders to further enhance our operations and offering.

  • You'll report directly to the Head of Risk Management.
  • You'll assign customers to the correct risk cohort, considering all player action across the group.
  • You'll help identify and minimize bonus abuse against attractive promotional activities.
  • You'll manage real-time HNW bet referrals.
  • You'll work with the Trading team to ensure an optimal laying strategy.
  • You'll collaborate with Sportsbook Control to ensure optimal laying and overround strategy.
  • You'll manage liability tolerance across sports and events.
  • You'll analyze cross-sections of our Sportsbook trading performance to optimize.
  • You'll work with Quant and Data Science teams to develop proprietary trading and risk algorithms.
  • You'll work with Player Safety/Responsible Gaming to meet sustainability goals.
  • You'll liaise with Sportsbook Control to provide necessary resources.

Your experience:

  • Deep knowledge of racing bookmaking methods and maths.
  • Excellent analytical background, with the ability to relate to both business and technical functions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and initiative are imperative.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office products, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of customer profiling and behavioural trends.
  • A keen interest in sports and/or sports betting.
  • Hard-working, flexible, and enthusiastic about meeting challenges.
