**Job Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to lead food service operations in a dynamic environment. As Food Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and nutritional food and beverage services to patients.

The role is based in southeast Queensland, within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service area.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment by ensuring food service staff adhere to personal hygiene standards and the SCUH Food Safety Program.
  • Coordinating and supervising scheduled and unscheduled cleaning in accordance with Food Service specifications and procedures.
  • Prioritizing workloads and organizing replacement staff due to short-term emergent leave.
  • Collaborating with the Coordinator Food Services, Cook, and Dieticians to ensure food services meet high levels of food safety, patient care, and hospital requirements.
