As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. The Food & Beverage Supervisor position is critical in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our kitchen and bar.

Your responsibilities will include managing the execution of conferences and events, adhering to outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines. You will be responsible for liaising with F&B management leaders to drive operational efficiency and quality.

You will also be tasked with animating the restaurant and bar to create unique experiences for our guests through creative activations and events. Familiarizing yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their needs are met is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine caring approach that creates engaging experiences for our guests
  • A creative flair and ability to generate ideas to improve business performance
  • The ability to work within a team and build strong relationships with all departments
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in food & beverage operations within a dynamic environment
