About the role

The Food Connect Shed Board are seeking Expressions of Interest for the new role of Food Hub Manager - a passionate, energetic operations pro to oversee the processes and day-to-day running of the Shed.

After a few years of start-up and preparation, we're entering a new chapter as more elements of our regional food hub come to life - the cafe and retail space, Salisbury Mill, the newly refreshed event space, more logistic elements, stronger industry partnerships and more. The Food Hub Manager will be responsible for supporting our tenants and community, ensuring the facilities are running smoothly, developing business opportunities in line with the strategic plan, cultivating great relationships with our stakeholders, and supporting other team members to get the work done. It's an exciting chance to play an active part in our transition, and creating a fairer, more resilient food system. If you share our values, are passionate about food and farming, and have a background in operations, food processing systems and facilities and/or property management, we'd love to hear from you.
