**Store Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day store operations, overseeing financial performance, and supervising staff to achieve sales targets.

The successful applicant will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to build and maintain a high-performing team, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience in food service operations, with a strong focus on quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Manage all key performance indicators (KPIs) including financial and rostering
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure delivery of food quality and safety standards
