About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Consultant. As a key member of our Central Coast Contact Centre, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the booking process for appointments, including advising patients of preparation requirements and ensuring accurate information is entered and reviewed.
  • Complete billing and invoicing for patients, and liaise with referring doctors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Operate our booking system with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely and effective management of patient appointments.
Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service background, ideally within a call/contact centre environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassion and empathy.
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment, prioritizing workload and multitasking with ease.
  • Proficiency in entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
