We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Consultant. As a key member of our Central Coast Contact Centre, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the booking process for appointments, including advising patients of preparation requirements and ensuring accurate information is entered and reviewed.
- Complete billing and invoicing for patients, and liaise with referring doctors to ensure seamless communication.
- Operate our booking system with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely and effective management of patient appointments.
- Outstanding customer service background, ideally within a call/contact centre environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassion and empathy.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment, prioritizing workload and multitasking with ease.
- Proficiency in entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and autonomously, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
