Health, Safety and Environmental Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Melbourne.
As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents.
- Providing educational workshops on hazard identification and promoting a culture of safety among site workers.
- Conducting project consultation processes, including site inductions, pre-start/toolbox meetings, and establishing effective safety committees.
- Investigating incidents and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinating WHSE information across the project as required.
- Minimum of 2 years' operational experience in a health, safety and environmental role or similar.
- Working knowledge of WHS Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards and their application in the construction industry.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills on a technical level.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize key activities.
