Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive health, safety and environmental strategy that aligns with our company values.
  • This includes managing risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards, and maintaining a systematic approach to HSE management.
  • The role involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliant HSE systems and practices, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the organization.
About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in HSE and WHS management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience leading and influencing HSE initiatives, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also possess expertise in risk and compliance management, including ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 systems, as well as incident investigation and root cause analysis. A Diploma in OH&S and extensive experience in workers' compensation and return-to-work processes are essential requirements.
