The Role: As a motivated Health, Safety and Environmental Quality Coordinator, you will support and enable the development, maintenance, and implementation of each project's HSEQ Management Plan for all construction activities, promoting a positive HSEQ culture across Symal Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide strategic advice on implementing Symal's HSEQ procedures and standards to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable project delivery.">
  • Educate project employees and/or subcontractors to promote incident-free work environments.">
  • Assist and advise project teams to manage and report on incident investigations, including injury management.">
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV qualifications in WHS or equivalent.">
  • Two+ years of relevant construction experience with a focus on health, safety, and environmental quality.">
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.">
  • ICAM training and White Card certification.">
  • Rail Industry Worker Card.">
