Immersive Brand Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in crafting impactful brand experiences that drive lead generation, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Marketing Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the B2B space.
    • Assist in the development of marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Understand and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Industry Insights:
    • A solid grasp of the industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviours.
  • HubSpot Proficiency:
    • Assist in developing automated workflows and campaigns to improve lead conversion rates.
    • Utilise HubSpot analytics to track performance and provide data-driven insights.
    • Maintain and update contact databases and lists within HubSpot.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, Ebooks, case studies, and blogs.
    • Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders.
    • Optimise content for SEO and lead generation.
    • Track and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
    • Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
    • Track and report on project progress and performance.
  • Social Media Engagement:
    • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Assist in creating and coordinating engaging content across various social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
    • Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports.
    • Manage and coordinate social media advertising campaigns.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Proven experience in generating high-quality leads and optimising conversion funnels in a B2B context.
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
    • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Extensive experience in B2B Marketing
    • Extensive HubSpot experience is required
    • Strong Project Management Skill
    • Experience with content marketing strategies
    • Ability to handle pressure and a high volume of work
