Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Exemplary Performance: Demonstrate Sephora's DNA by showcasing our curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to clients.
  • Sales Leadership: Foster a sales culture that exceeds KPIs and consistently improves team performance through coaching and development.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Communication: Facilitate open communication with your team through effective feedback and consistent management updates.
  • Store Operations: Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.

You will have the opportunity to work across all our categories, from beauty to wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience with skills in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys motivating, coaching, and helping their team succeed.
  • Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents our brand.
  • Able to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed.
  • A history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
