At the heart of a world-class resort, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Food and Beverage operations.

Responsibilities
  • Elevate the dining experience by ensuring seamless service across outlets and events, driving guest satisfaction through exceptional food and beverage offerings.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by delivering hands-on training on customer service, menu knowledge, and drinks, in collaboration with Supervisors.
  • Embed a culture of excellence by empowering staff to resolve issues promptly, address feedback, and maintain our grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Support the Finance team in stock control, stock take, and accurate billing to optimize revenue streams.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset within the Food & Beverage department.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage setting.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, guest expectations, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
