Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join one of the Sunshine Coast's leading resorts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and energetic team, with plenty of room to grow your career in a permanent full-time position.
You'll play a key role in overseeing our vibrant food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.
Key Responsibilities

Supervising daily operations across Sola Bar and Restaurant, The Deli, Room Service, and our busy conferencing and events spaces
Leading and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards
Assisting with recruitment, rostering and payroll coordination
Working closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
Supporting stock control and inventory processes
Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Experience with Micros POS is an advantage
A strong service focus and sharp attention to detail
Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
A team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating great guest experiences
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
