Lead Food and Beverage Services Manager
\Job Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in food and beverage outlets and event spaces.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver smooth service delivery and maintain high standards throughout each shift.
- Support Supervisors in providing hands-on training around customer service, menus, dietary needs, and drinks.
- Effectively resolve guest issues and handle feedback professionally.
- Contribute to stock control, accurate billing for guests, and ensure seamless service flow.
- Maintain high grooming and hygiene standards among team members.
- Work closely with Kitchen & Front of House teams to optimize service efficiency.
- Develop and coach team members for ongoing improvement and career growth.
This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
\Requirements:- Proven leadership experience in food and beverage or conferencing industries.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional approach with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
- Experience with Micros, Opera, and 7Rooms systems is highly desirable.
