Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage leader to oversee our vibrant food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences across every outlet.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards, and assisting with recruitment, rostering and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising daily operations across multiple outlets
  • Leading and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards
  • Assisting with recruitment, rostering and payroll coordination
  • Working closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
  • Supporting stock control and inventory processes
  • Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Experience with Micros POS is an advantage
  • A strong service focus and sharp attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating great guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
