Lead Food and Beverage Team

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Food and Beverage team as Lead Team Members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, leading teams, and ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role

The Lead Food and Beverage Team Member is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the F&B team, ensuring that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standard. This includes:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Food and Beverage staff
  • Coordinating the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events and conferences
  • Ensuring efficient and friendly service delivery at all times
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the F&B areas
Responsibilities

As a Lead Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Food and Beverage Supervisor in the management of the F&B team
  • Assisting with the coordination of food and beverage supplies and inventory
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, stock levels, and other relevant information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
