Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Family Preservation team.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a focus on child wellbeing outcomes through mandatory reporter guidelines and effective safety planning with families.
  • Work within service provision guidelines and frameworks to provide targeted support to vulnerable families.
  • Support families in developing positive relationships and building connections with their community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain harmonious working relationships in an autonomous-supportive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualifications in social work or related fields.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and learning opportunities to improve practice.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel across Western Sydney, Nepean and Blue Mountains regions.
  • A current Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
