Receptionist / Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team at Volare Recruitment. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
