Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Ostojic Group. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the administrative field and develop their skills in data entry, office support, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our company databases and systems
- Provide general administrative support, including maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by your manager
- Assist with various office tasks, such as maintaining facilities, including the kitchen and lunchroom
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimal experience in an administrative role is required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Ability to work full-time hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Must be an Australian Citizen
