Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Casual Medical Receptionist/Client Services Officer to join our team at Hearing Australia. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the Gippsland region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our clients, including managing appointment bookings, processing claims and payments, and data entry for stock management.
- Liaise extensively with clients, including those with complex needs, and provide troubleshooting support with a range of devices.
- Work effectively across multiple locations, using a variety of tools to stay connected within the team, including virtual support.
- Contribute to a client-centred environment where exceptional and friendly service is provided in conjunction with managing complex medical administration.
- Experience as a proactive problem solver, with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and be adaptable to changing priorities.
- Intermediate / advanced level computer literacy, including MS Outlook, MS Teams, and browser-based applications.
